There are many small nations that need help to develop. or need protection from raiders. So i think we should help them by sending resources or protect them or just leave them alone to themselves.

Help them because what would be a massive amount of money to a new player is but a drop in the ocean to many of us. I say we send supplies to support these young nations.

Where is the option to raid them and halt their dreams of expanding? Why help them and aid their growth when they could backstab us once they finally become strong enough to be stable and fund a militia. Even worse, they may be the enemy in a future war if they join the enemy's allaince. I say we stop them before they become a threat in the future, regardless of their fake and hollow promises of not doing such thing as that.

I say again, why oh why would small nations backstab you if you provided resources for them when they needed it most, if you play it right your nation would practically be a religious figure. Additionally it takes so much more effort to launch raids and destroy them, casually sending resources when they need it thus guaranteeing an ally for a long time is much easier.

It is far less interesting without competing nations. As the competition heats up, catching up becomes harder.

I say we protect them from (excessive) harrasment.
