Make new alliance limits such to keep massive alliances from basically becoming massive empires and allowing small alliances for trade or defensive purposes only. It would be nice if you actually considered this instead of just immediately rejecting it, thank you.

Is this in the PU’s jurisdiction? If it is anyone who votes for it will get smacked by the powerful alliances and if that weren’t enough at least two of the presidents are powerful alliance leaders who would never limit their power.

Oh wait I miss understood, you want to end a major part of the world that is one of the best parts of Dennis? (Speaking as a player of the game alliances are one of the best parts of this game and that would be like NATO instantly dissolved, this would belong in the ideas and suggestions tab.)

I don't think putting rules or restrictions on alliances is a good thing to start. If a group of alliances decide to join and create a monster alliance, then that is their decision to make.
