Establish a Union for Scientific Thought

1. The goal of the Union for Scientific Thought, as it shall be called upon the acceptance of this resolution, is to endeavour to promote scientific thought and progress without interfering in the individual sovereignty of the nations of our world.
2. All who work through the Union for Scientific Thought shall retain the right to their research and inventions, but must provide the appropriate royalties to the Union for Scientific Thought, given their assistance in promoting and funding such research and inventions, especially since otherwise the Union for Scientific Thought would have to be funded through such things as taxes, putting undue stress on the nations of our world.
3. Given "2." the nations of our world shall not be required to provide funding in any way, but may do so, voluntarily, if they wish.
