Labor shortage... Or misuse of assets?

We are currently facing a worldwide unprecedented labor shortage and massive year-over-year inflation.

Businesses around the world are claiming insufficient quality candidates for skilled positions, and not nearly enough candidates at all for low skilled positions. Something must be done.

It has been proposed that we are completely underutilizing our youth, and an extended work-based education would alleviate many of our low skilled entry-level job vacancies. Instead of school days that are shorter than the average employee workday, youth and children have plenty of energy and should be on schedules which have them both working and attending classes throughout a 13-hour assigned work education day.
This will probably also help military recruiting since so many students will join up just to get out of this new educational paradigm.

The prison system, although it currently does utilize some elements of criminal labor, has yet to be fully exploited. But yeah, let's get them out from behind those cement walls we have to pay for and get them into private business that earns us.. I mean them... Some money for the rest of their lives.. I mean terms of incarceration.. can I get a glass of water? I seem to be misspeaking a lot..

I mean we can definitely ignore this issue if we want. The inflation will continue and the job market will correct by removing entry level jobs altogether which will likely mean either robotics taking over industries like fast food or the complete removal of industries like brick and mortar retail. This might have a positive effect on the world market? Hard to tell with such a industry defining shift, but you're welcome to try and we can find out together.[br]

Wait, am I the only one who all ready uses child labor/child soldiers? I can personally vouch for their effectiveness in the work force and in the armed forces. For those who say that is is cruel and ends their childhood, just realize how much potential you are wasting.
