I have a legendary unique citizen that I would like to sell, but Ive already employed them. The only option is to disband, but im worried about what disbanding will do. Is it going to get rid of the citizen as a whole or make them sellable again?

If you disband the card, it will disappear. You can only sell 'Accepted' cards, as soon as you employ them, its over.
